How much does Coriva cost?
Kitchens use Coriva for free. There are no lead fees to post jobs, browse engineers or message. Engineers get a three month free trial, then £29.99 per month, with no per lead or per job charges. Job sheets, invoicing and private client jobs are all included.
Does Coriva take a commission?
No. Coriva never takes a cut of the repair or the invoice. The price is agreed directly between the kitchen and the engineer, and the engineer keeps 100% of what they charge.
Are engineers vetted or verified?
Engineers build a profile with their qualifications, insurance and trade badges, and can upload photo ID for verification, which we review manually. We show you exactly what each engineer has provided so you can decide who to invite, and verified badges are rolling out as reviews complete.
Is there an Android app?
Not yet. Coriva is live on the App Store for iPhone. Tap the Google Play badge on this site to leave your email, and we will let you know the moment Android is ready.
What happens to my data?
We use your data to run the job: your profile, the jobs you post or apply for, and the messages on them. We do not sell it. Read the full privacy policy for exactly what we collect and why.
What kind of work can I post?
Anything in a commercial kitchen, from urgent breakdowns like refrigeration, ovens, dishwashers and gas equipment to planned maintenance and servicing. Add the equipment, symptoms, urgency and photos so engineers can respond with the right detail.
What is a digital job sheet?
When the work is finished, the engineer records labour, parts, notes and photos in the app and signs the job off. The kitchen gets a PDF copy and the sheet stays attached to the job, so there is always a clean record of exactly what was done.
Can engineers use Coriva for their own clients?
Yes. Engineers can add their own clients and create private jobs alongside marketplace work, with the same scheduling, job sheets and invoicing. Private jobs are only ever visible to the engineer who created them.
