Terms of Service

Coriva is a platform that connects commercial kitchens with catering engineers. We provide the technology to post repair requests, discover engineers, communicate and manage bookings. Coriva is not a repair provider and does not perform engineering work itself.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use Coriva. If you use Coriva on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your profile up to date.

Kitchens using Coriva agree to:

• Provide accurate details about equipment faults and repair needs
• Communicate respectfully with engineers
• Honour agreed bookings and payment arrangements
• Use the platform for legitimate commercial repair needs

Engineers using Coriva agree to:

• Provide accurate profile, qualification and availability information
• Respond professionally and deliver work to a competent standard
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations and trade requirements
• Not misrepresent qualifications, experience or identity

Unless stated otherwise in the app, Coriva does not charge lead fees or take commission on the price agreed between kitchens and engineers. Any payment arrangements are made directly between users unless we introduce in-app payment features, in which case additional terms may apply.

You may submit content such as job details, messages, photos and reviews. You grant us a licence to use this content to operate and improve the platform. You must not submit unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing content.

You must not:

• Use Coriva for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes
• Harass, abuse or mislead other users
• Attempt to bypass platform safety or verification processes
• Scrape, reverse engineer or disrupt the service
• Use another person's account without permission

Coriva facilitates connections between kitchens and engineers but is not a party to repair contracts between users. We do not guarantee the availability, quality or outcome of any repair work. Users are responsible for their own decisions, agreements and compliance with applicable laws.

We may suspend or terminate access to Coriva if you breach these Terms or if necessary to protect users or the platform. You may stop using Coriva at any time and may request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slamships Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of Coriva. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Coriva after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
