This page is for the Coriva app, made by Slamships Ltd. You can delete your account yourself in the app. It takes a few seconds and cannot be undone.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Coriva and sign in.
- Tap More (bottom right).
- Tap Settings.
- Under Your account, tap Delete account.
- Tap Delete my account to confirm.
If you signed in with Apple, your iPhone may ask you to confirm with Apple. This lets us remove Coriva's access to your Apple ID too.
Engineers with a membership: deleting your account does not cancel your membership. Cancel it first in your iPhone's Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Coriva.
If you cannot sign in
Email info@coriva.co.uk from the email address on your Coriva account, with the subject “Delete my account”. If you no longer use that email address, tell us your name, your business name and the phone number on the account, and we will find another way to check it is you.
We will confirm by email and delete the account within one month. We normally do it much sooner.
What is deleted
When you confirm, we delete straight away:
- your account and sign-in
- your profile, business details, sites, photos and documents, including any photo ID
- jobs you posted as a kitchen, with their photos
- your chats, including the other person's side of each chat, and chat photos
- job sheets and invoices you wrote or received, with their PDFs and signatures
- reviews you wrote and reviews about you
- engineers' own clients and client jobs
- your Axel chats
- your notifications, notification settings and device push tokens
- your blocked list, and reports you made
- your support messages sent from the app
Your files are removed from storage straight after.
What the other side sees:
- If you are an engineer, any job you were confirmed on and had not finished goes back to open for the kitchen, and we tell them. Finished jobs stay in the kitchen's history without your name.
- If you are a kitchen, we tell the engineer confirmed on each of your active jobs that the job is cancelled.
What is kept, and why
- Reports other people made about you: kept, but no longer linked to your account, so we can finish dealing with them and keep users safe.
- Backups: our database provider keeps backups for a short period. Your data is gone from them once they are overwritten.
- Analytics and crash reports: kept by our analytics and crash-reporting providers for a limited period, then deleted. Crash reports are not linked to your account. To have analytics linked to your account deleted sooner, email info@coriva.co.uk.
- Purchase records: Apple and RevenueCat keep records of membership purchases under their own policies and legal duties.
- Emails you sent us: kept for as long as we need to deal with them and keep a record of what we did.
Keep copies of your paperwork first
Coriva does not keep job sheets or invoices after an account is deleted. If you need them for your records, for example for HMRC, open each one in the app and share or email yourself a copy before you delete your account.
If the other person on a job deletes their account, the job sheets and invoices between you are deleted from Coriva too. Keep your own copies of anything you need.
Delete some data without deleting your account
You can edit or remove most of your details in the app, under More, then Account. For anything else, email info@coriva.co.uk and tell us what you want deleted. We will reply within one month.
